Giftery offers customized gifts, corporate gifts, bulk gifting solutions, return gifts, and related products. Product images are for reference only; slight variations in color, finish, or design may occur due to customization or production processes Prices, product availability, and specifications are subject to change without notice
Orders are confirmed only after successful receipt of full payment Accepted payment methods include UPI, Net Banking, Debit/Credit Cards, and other approved digital payment modes Giftery reserves the right to cancel orders suspected of fraud, misuse, or unauthorized transactions
Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to customization, logistics, or external conditions. Dispatched items are non-returnable.
All sales are final after dispatch. Transit damage or manufacturing defects must be reported within 24 hours with valid evidence.
All website content including images, text, graphics, and branding elements are owned exclusively by Giftery.
Giftery shall not be liable for any direct or indirect damages resulting from the use of our services or products.
These terms are governed by Indian law and subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Coimbatore, Tamil Nadu.
